Is the defendant in this car crash telling the truth that she was rear ended and sent forward into my clients vehicle OR did the defendant straight up rear end my client and is trying to deflect blame?
Not every car accident is straightforward — and insurance companies know it. In a recent case, Louisville personal injury attorney Brian Dettman is investigating a key question: was his client hit by a driver who was herself rear-ended and pushed forward, or is the defendant simply trying to deflect blame? This is exactly the kind of dispute that requires an experienced attorney to untangle. Accident reconstruction, witness statements, and vehicle damage patterns all play a role. If you’ve been in a car crash in Kentucky and the other driver is pointing fingers, don’t navigate it alone. Contact Dettman Law to find out where the truth — and the liability — really lies.

Is the defendant in this car crash telling the truth? This is a fun one. The defendant in this case was driving the vehicle that is absolutely destroyed — smashed, however you want to call it.
The defendant’s position on liability is that she was rear-ended by another driver. She’s saying: “Listen, I was hit from behind, and that catapulted me into the back of your client’s vehicle.” So the defendant is saying she’s not responsible because she was hit first and forced forward.
I’m going to post a photograph of this vehicle below, and you tell me — is that a genuine position, or is it absolute garbage?
