Companies pitching “we can help you get cases.” Emails, ads, the whole thing. Seven emails a day, sometimes. They’re all over my feed.
Here’s my theory on all of them.
The Setup
Big, big, big advertising firms generate a lot of trash. Garbage leads that they don’t want.
So they create these companies that go to their competitors — think large, medium, and small firms — and then try to sell them these garbage leads to offset their advertising budgets.
These companies are very persistent.
The Theory
My theory is that these big, big firms create these companies to try to waste the time of their competitors and take the money of their competitors.
Somebody tell me if I’m wrong on this.
I know they refer out smaller firms — which makes sense, and I’m okay with that. But trying to sell the cases with literally zero value, too much.
I’m not buying.
