Duty of Business to Customers = Make It Safe!
I am filing a lawsuit against a business for negligence and negligent supervision/training. I’m sometimes blown away about how corporate America acts. I think overall businesses operate in a prudent manner, but when they fail to do so I’m happy that Plaintiff lawyers exist. Without someone holding bad business accountable good business could not operate.

In this case my client was recorded against her will in a private setting. All the business had to do to make sure she wasn’t recorded was to make sure the room was safe and secure. They failed to so and as a result will be held accountable for my client’s damages. When I file suits like this I think what if this was my wife or family. I’d be unreal pissed and vindictive. Allowing the law to make a wrong a right is how the justice system should work.
